• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We attempt to be accurate; however, errors may occur. If a pricing or availability error is discovered, we may cancel and refund your order or contact you for instructions.
• Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. International orders may be subject to duties and import fees due upon delivery.
• Order edits and cancellations: contact support promptly. We cannot guarantee changes after submission, and no changes are possible after fulfillment has begun.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title passes upon successful delivery to your address.

Payments & Security

Shipping & Delivery

• Free US shipping on orders $150+ (after discounts, before taxes) unless otherwise stated. Oversize or special‑handling items may be excluded.
• Once an order ships, you will receive tracking. Address changes are not possible after dispatch.
• International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and import taxes. We cannot mark items as gifts or declare lower values.
• Lost or damaged packages: notify the carrier and contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can assist with a claim.

Returns & Refunds

Drops, Availability & Fair Use

• Thursday “Weekly Drops” are subject to limited stock and high demand. We cannot guarantee availability or hold items in carts.
• To ensure a fair experience, the use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to purchase is prohibited. We may cancel suspected bot orders.
• We may implement queues, purchase limits, or identity checks during drops.

Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

• Promotional offers are time‑limited, subject to terms on the offer page, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
• Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping, or excluded items. We may modify or end promotions without notice.
