United States Shipping

Standard

    - Delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch - Cost: $5.95 or Free on $150+ - Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (best method)

Expedited

    - Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch - Cost: From $14.95 (calculated at checkout) - Carrier: UPS or FedEx

Express

    - Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch - Cost: From $24.95 (calculated at checkout) - Signature may be required on high‑value orders

Processing Times

Orders placed by 12:00 ET Mon–Fri typically process the same or next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 ET, weekends, or holidays process on the next business day.

Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. It may take 24 hours for scans to appear. You can also contact support for updates.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS using Standard service. Expedited and Express options are not available for these addresses.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout based on items and delivery address.

Transit Times

Typical delivery windows are 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Duties & Taxes

Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. Where available, these are calculated at checkout. Otherwise, your local customs office may assess them on delivery. Customers are responsible for any applicable import charges.

Restrictions

Weekly Drops & Launch Days

On Thursdays, weekly drops can generate increased order volume. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing during high‑demand releases. Your place in queue is based on order time confirmation.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Shipments

Weather, carrier network constraints, and customs can create delays. Tracking will update as the carrier scans your package. If there’s no movement for 3+ business days, please contact us.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors and building management first. Contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier trace or claim.

Stolen Packages

For high‑value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery. If theft is suspected, we can assist with a police report or carrier claim. Coverage depends on carrier determination.

Damaged in Transit

Retain all packaging and take photos of the damage. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve quickly.

Split Shipments

To get your items to you faster, orders may ship in multiple packages at no additional cost. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
